Other than the oil change and detail , the reason I brought the vehicle in, I had another concern that I brought to the service reps attention that was not addressed when I picked up the car. I explained to her that I was experiencing a noise from the drivers side front wheel and feeling it it the steering column. She appeared to be typing it into her computer and wanted me to be specific so the technicians could determine what it could be. When I picked up the car , Robert took care of me, and when I asked what was found he said nothing was on the work order, so he couldn’t tell me what was found. I also had a issue with the extended package I purchased. The finance manager, when I bought the car said I would receive a number of details in the package. When I made the reservation for the oil change and detail, I was told by the service rep that the package didn’t include the details but Acura was giving me two, because Robert the finance manager at the time was telling people they were getting more than they should actually receive. I’m very disappointed in these two situations. This is my second MDX, and my son also has a Acura. These are high end cars, and customers expect more professionalism from such a dealership. Things like this make people buy elsewhere. Right now I’m not totally happy.

Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! This is the first time I will get a first class customer service with Acura. The lady that attended to us is big plus to Acura establishment. Her service was excellent. Truly impressed.

The woman who handled the care of my car was not very knowledgeable about what she was reporting back to me. Also when I made the appointment I specifically asked if the service records of the car would be transferred from dealer to dealer and I was told they would based upon the vin number. When I came in the woman said it was not possible. I have other Acura’s that I have had no problem with this issue

Roadside breakdown 150 miles from home. Towed to dealership. Very accommodating. Got us I for repair and out in an hour. Awesome.
Robert and John were absolutely fantastic. As always. Two true professionals. But realize that I just spent $200 for an oil change and tire rotation. Pure robbery at its finest. And spare me talk of the “multi point inspection”. Every mechanic has 10 minutes to kill while the oil drains.
I literally paid $162 in labor for 20 minutes worth of work. A cardio thoracic surgeon would be envious…
