I was kept updated on my service. When it was going to take longer than expected, I was offered a ride home. The Acura driver who brought me home and later back to the dealership was very polite and friendly. Upon return, everything was explained and I was on my way in 5 minutes.

Mr McGrath was excellent. Very professional. However, I was disappointed there was not a loaner available during my service, No car wash available and it took nearly two hours for an oil change and NYS inspection. Work was done well, but it has become a 5 hour trip to and from Lake George . I’m not sure I can continue to make the trip and it may make sense to get service in Glens Fslls.

I was initially told that my entire vehicle was going to be painted and I found out today that only the roof was re-painted (despite my vehicle being at the body shop for nearly 3 weeks!). I also discovered a cracked front windshield prior to pulling out of the Acura dealer parking lot. I immediately notified a worker and they brought out Brian Martin Service Manager for me to speak with. When I dropped off my vehicle on January 3rd 2022 there was no crack in the windshield.
