Communication skills where not up to par. I had to call 2 separate times, then when I finally spoke with someone it was Bob, in which it stated the receptionist did not give him my information. The next day when I called I was told that Bob was off, and my car was in the bay. Several hours I called back to check progress, and was told oh your cars done. Well thanks nobody called me to let me know. Price wise for the service I had done, I was surprised at the affordable price being the dealership, and the job was done right.

Very helpful staff and very accurate in timing of completion . Also they were completely ready when I arrived and very friendly. Many staff asked if I was being helped and the woman at service desk in garage was very personable and helpful.

Bob does an excellent job in taking care of me when I come in for service. He’s friendly, professional and remembers me as a frequent Northeast Acura customer. He took the extra time to answer all my questions. I trust him with my vehicle. People like that, keep me coming back to the Northeast Acura Store time and time again, for myself since 2008.
