After my awful experience being stuck 45 miles from home for 4 hours I took my frustration on Bob. I have serious stress with my business as a financial advisor. These Government’s policies has created mental health issues on my part.

I have a issue with Acura about a crease in the front passenger seat that Robert is going to address Acura about. This is something I saw on day one that I should have brought to the attention before I left, and I never did. Now it makes it look like it just happened and that I’m trying to get over on Acura. It’s my fault for not bringing it to someone’s attention before I left that day, and I didn’t, but it is a flaw or defect or something other than my cause. When I picked up the car on the first day we also noticed that the door on the glove compartment was also scratched which makes me think that the two defects may have been caused by a tool or something when the car was being assembled. This is my second MDX, and my son also has a Acura car. I hope we can have a on going relationship with Acura.

My 2019 RDX needed a new infotainment system and I woke up Monday morning to a dead car because of it.
Bob got the replacement in record time, got me a
loaner RDX and had me back in my own car in 2 days.

Robert McGrath my service advisor was wonderful and treated me so well, he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, honest and respectful.
