It was noticeable that everyone on the Northeast team was responsive to my needs. Everyone I encountered was quick to ask if there was anything I needed or whether I was being helped. And Service, especially Bob did a great job of expediting service on my vehicle. thanks.

I was completely satisfied with Robert but the service itself was terrible they left my car looking bad lied and said they vacuumed and I had to waist my time gas and energy wiping the car down and going back to Acura to have the service people fix the mess they left! Robert got me right in and apologized for them and he had nothing to apologize for he was great! Thank you Robert.,.

To start, it wasn't Bob's fault- he was kind and was trying his best. I appreciate his effort. I waited 6 hours (total), spent nearly $250 dollars, and my problem isn't fixed (at all) and will need to come back again. This isn't a timing belt/water pump job. This isn't even a brake job. This is replacing ONE TPMS sensor on ONE wheel. I know electrical issues can sometimes be tricky, but this is something quick tire job places handle in 20 minutes. I understand this is an old car, and really isn't the biggest problem in the world, but the time spent for no results is hard to deal with. I need this car to be safe for my son to drive. Hopefully the next time the OEM sensor will play nice with my wheel and I can just get in and out. JFYI I've been considering an RDX (for my wife) and the new Integra (for myself). Your staff are all very pleasant and the experience is great. Set my expectations well in terms of how long it would take, and then delivered. My only comment is that I’m surprised to see staff without masks when interacting with the public.
