Answer is not simple yes/no. Oscar was great and totally fulfilled his responsibility.
I scheduled this appt for my initial oil service for my new 2019 Pilot I purchased from Right Honda. Completed service and returned home within an hour as Oscar promised. Later in afternoon I moved the Pilot out of the garage and noticed a six inch puddle of oil on garage floor. I called Oscar and returned to Right. Oscar put the car back on the rack and returned it to me about 15 minutes later. Explanation was the tech removed the filter to replace it and oil apparently spilled on the cross member and was not adequately cleaned up by the tech. This spilled oil then dripped in my garage. This kind of mistake is not acceptable and leads to significant customer dissatisfaction. Oscar offered to comp my next oil service and apologized for the error.
Your mechanics need to be more careful in the interior of the car. I had to clean up grease spots on door “threshold” and on passenger seat.
Fabian was super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Really appreciated his customer service focused attitude. He certainly represented the brand in an incredible light.

Dan was very courteous and on top of everything for my repair. He even arranged the Lyft rides to/from dealership. That was a gr8 switch from the old process, much more personalized.

Very slow to get checked in...10 minutes at least ...obviously understaffed because it definitely wasn’t busy.

Very satisfied with the service. Took my CR-V in for a recall notice I received in the mail. When I got to the dealership was notified there was an additional notice and was suggested I have her serviced since it was due. Waited about an hour and a half, and was updated a couple times about the progress. Seamless experience.
