Very nice & kept us updated on the status of the vehicle.
From the time we made the appointment to the car being washed was a great experience. Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to explain what exactly would be included with the A1 service.
Battery post cap was not completely and correctly placed. Cover and other
parts on the engine/battery was not installed, I advised that they were in the trunk but technician didn’t even to bother looking for it or didn't know that something is missing as he/she completed his job. Just shows how he/she is not familiar with acura or what’s suppose to be there or isn’t there. Otherwise, service advisor was excellent and courteous.
He is very good and he is trying that hard so excellent results

I’ve had many car service experiences in my life. Both good and bad. But no one came even close to the how well I was treated with Daniel. He made feel like a real person, who actually cared about me and my vehicle. As long as I live in California I won’t be working with anyone else other than Daniel. He was God sent.

I’ve always had a pleasant service at Acura. Today was not the case. I had been recommended to replace the timing belt after which the recommendation was removed. I had to wipe the dust on my rims, after the car wash, at your facility since it had not been properly clean. My objective is to inform you of my experience, not to complaint, so the level of service can be improve for all of your customers.
