Great and friendly service. And service was quicker than anticipated

Although my car was crashed on Spreen Honda’s lot while having a faulty radio repaired under warranty and an oil change/ tire rotation, Jim, the Service Manager assured me my car would be repaired and painted with factory parts. He understood my anger and disappointment at this accident with my car. He provided a loaner car free of charge, waived my fee for the oil change, and agreed to 2 more years of Extended Warranty, 50,000 miles( seclusively performed at Spreen in Loma Linda.) He had it checked underneath and detailed when it was returned from repair shop. My car looks to be in good repair. It appears Spreen plans to take good care of my car in the future and keep my business. Sebastian was very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. He patiently showed me how to use my Maps app and offered to assist me with any other questions or car issues should they come up.

Requested that driver side rear door be checked for squeaky noise when opening it and it’s still there. Hopefully next time I gave it serviced, they can take care of it.

Prior to the car service, that it would be 1-2 hours. It was right about that. No tire rotation was needed. A couple of filters are needed fairly soon. I am now well informed about my vehicle.

I have lifetime oil and filter change and I had to remind the ticket writer of that service. It should come up automatically with each oil service on my VIN
