Andy is professional and patient with all customer. While I pulled in there was a car ahead of me. Andy explained process and answered all questions with that driver patiently so that driver can decide whether to leave the car at the shop. Andy also answered my questions regarding wait time.

Andy was excellent and communicated how the job would be done. it’s hard to trust mechanics these days and i have experience as a mechanic many years ago. and for my wife to know she has 100% trust with honda as i had Andy explain how they make sure the job is done correctly.

I was satisfied and grateful for Omar keeping me up to date on the status, progress and results. However, even with an extended warranty, it was found that a manufacturer's defect with the attachment of the battery ground cable to the frame was stripped which caused electrical issues 0over the past 5 years resulting in replacement of four batteries. Was informed such repair is not covered under the warranty.
