Goudy is always pretty good with their service. The Service Writer was extremely friendly and professional. They assured me the car would be ready in an hour and came through….shows great training
I phoned earlier to alert the service department of my needs. Repair was quick. Under an hour. I was happy with service and timeliness.
Chastity was awesome! However, her fellow team mates are less than willing to assist customers when she’s ****.

Since I switched to Goudy in Alhambra from Norm Reeves in Cerritos, Ivan has ensured to take care of my vehicle. He carries his business with such professinalism and knowledge that I doubt anything he tells me when I service my car. Neither have I had a problem with my vehicle since he's been helpimg me. Completely satisfied with the service.

Daniel was great. I am disappointed that I tried to reach the service department and was bounced around the phone system. I left a message because I did not reach anyone and it sent me to voicemail without warning. I left a message and my call was not returned at all. I got busy with other things and lost time thinking someone would return my call. Again, Daniel was wonderful. The process for trying to get in touch with someone from the service department was disappointing. I almost decided to get the work done at Honda of Pasadena because it felt like you didn’t want my business.
Had my car for two days still didn’t fix the problem. Had to miss work to take it back. Now it’s been going on 1 week. Thankfully this time they provided a loaner. But a new 2023 should not be having this problem.
The service was very fast despite that I don’t have an appointment.
Was not notified that I would have to reserve a rental to cover any transportation I would need while my vehicle was being serviced. The last 2 times that my vehicle was brought in for a recall, I did not have to sign up for a rental waitlist and a vehicle was provided to me.
I understand that there is a shortage on available rentals due to the high number of people coming in for recalls. However, I was not notified I would need to sign up for a waitlist and was not given an option to be refunded for any ride share spendings.
Not only that, but my vehicle was not ready at the estimated time. I was told to come pick up 10 minutes before closing time. This is unacceptable, given I did not have reliable transportation.
