Took a while day for routine service, and car was not washed. Problem was not diagnosed, and I'm not sure if effort went into diagnosing issue at all.

I have been going to various Honda Service Centers since I purchased my vehicle - about 8 years. This is my first time working with Andy / Goudy Honda, and the level of service was exceptional. I really appreciate Andy's communication and his working with staff to make sure my vehicle was ready ahead of time for weekend commitments. I'll definitely be taking my care back to Andy in the future.
