Ace, at the Marina Honda Service Ctr, did a great job. From the time I arrived, he was very clear about the services recommended and they finished earlier than scheduled. I would absolutely go to this service center for any future car service.

Tommy was great, but I was irritated that I was told when I called that the service was complimentary I asked 3 times bc I had another garage appointment in East Bay and couldn’t believe it would be free? Then I was told my scheduled appointment was at 1015 My car was not looked at until 1130. We are in the middle of a Pandemic and you want people to sit around inside a waiting room for 3 hours? Tommy gave me discounts to make situation right but I would have rather been treated with some respect and had been told the truth about cost. I had to sit outside in the cold parking lot which is not pretty. The area is not safe to just walk around and bc we are in a pandemic and a lockdown nothing is open So all and all service was fine but I felt like a number and will consider alternatives when my next service is due
