The only suggested fix to my CarPlay issues was to restart the unit, which they previously did the first time I came in for this issue. Granted they did restart it this time in only a way that they're able to, but I've done it 2 different ways myself and it has not helped. When I asked about what the next steps would be if this did not work he said that we would just have to send this information to honda so they can "collect data" and I would be left with a broken CarPlay system. That's unacceptable. If something is broken and it's under warranty it should be fixed. It should be that simple. Replace the unit, do something.
