Wrote down the wrong mileage (added a zero so it looks like I have 1.9M miles on the odometer) and didn’t respond to my text message asking to fix it.
Also, didn’t wear face mask above nose. I noticed two others in the office building who didn’t wear a face mask at all!
Lawrence always greets me by my name when I call and treats me with the utmost respect. I know that my car is in great hands when I drop off my car to be serviced. Thank you Honda for hiring a very competent team and great mechanic

Lawrence went out of his way to help me when there were technical difficulties with the computer systems at the shop. I mentioned that I was going on a road trip in the morning, my car was due for service, and i was nervous about making it there. Even though the system was temporarily down, he ensured that my car was safe with fresh oil and aligned tires. Lawrence is kind, helpful, and trustworthy. I only go to this location specifically because of how great Lawrence is.
Service and customer services was excellent, fast, and on time, the only thing that I recommend when you work with insurance should tell your clients out front that if the insurance or client don't pay in full after they services is performed the car won't be released by honda other than that I love your services thank you ????

There was only one problem, the promise hour was 11:00 am but they gave it to me until 1 pm.
Ace went out of his way to help me when I brought my car in for service on Monday. I was upset when I first came in and he called me several times assuring me he would do whatever he could to make sure I was ok. By the time I picked my car up the following day he had delivered on his promise and I felt great when I left. He is a real asset to your Honda team
When I took my Honda Civic 2009 for a new ???? I was worried that I would be billed for other services I didn’t feel I needed. Aaron was nothing like that nor any of the other service people at San Francisco Honda. Aaron was very professional and empathetic to my situation.He rendered services I needed at no charge.He said it was an easy fix , but seldom are mechanics so honest and down to earth.It is my intention to handle all my Honda maintenance at San Francisco Honda??????????
