Quite frankly SF Honda service has become a rip off. Not only is it a rip off we had to wait from 7:45 AM to 1:30 PM to get our car back. I'm not sure what type of oil change is being done, but any other shop would have this back within 1-2 hours max. I will say I quite frankly had a few major services lined up that I WILL NOT be using SF Honda service for. The service members attitude was combative, and somewhat rude for no reason. We've had too many issues with SF Hondas service, and will bid this place good bye.

Had a appointment for an oil change which i was told would take no more than an hour. Checked in and made the service advisor aware of my urgency to have this service done quickly as I had to be somewhere. When I realized that an an hour and forty minutes had already passed I went up to the counter to find out how much longer it would be. The service advisor than proceeded to tell me that my car was still waiting to have service as there was only one technician available. I was very disappointed and upset as this was not brought to my attention earlier. Had he told me this in advance I would have made other arrangements. He than proceeds to tell me that my car would be next and it should only take 10-15 minutes, which made me feel as though they were now rushing on servicing my car. When they finally finished the service advisor did not go over what exactly was done or noticed during the inspection, but there was also no sticker placed on the inside of my windshield as to when the next oil changed needed to be done. Overall very dissatisfied with service during this visit. Advisor also seemed to not care with my obvious dissatisfaction with his service. Never coming here again.
