The representative that helped me was very unprofessional, I came in for a simple oil change that I had already paid for in the package when I purchased my vehicle And he was trying to add in $450 worth of service with out me asking of things that I dint even need, he did the same thing the last time I was there and I ended up paying close to $500 when i just went in for a oil change. When I told him that the services had already been done last time he got upset and then told me I at least had to get $100 worth of service but I told him no that I just wanted the oil change that I had already paid for. He got even more mad and said fine printed out the paperwork basically thru the paperwork at me gave me a pen and told me to bring it back with me, when the service was done I came back and as I walked in he put a paper down and told me to sign for my car (dint even look at me or acknowledge me ) and told another rep to get my car and walked away. I was very upset and disappointed, never thought that Honda service would have such dishonest and unprofessional people working there, safe to say that from now on I will strictly go to get oil change at another location of course since it’s already been paid for and I will get the rest of the work done elsewhere.

It’s very frustrating to waited 3 hours just for a change oil service even though I have a 1:30pm appointment! I normally get there for my car service but this is worst. I start having headache for a long wait!! I don’t understand how does the appointment works if I still have to. wait and sit for 3 hours only for change oil !!!! Very frustrating!!!!!

I was accurately informed and in a timely manner of the status of the car as they did the work, snd was pleased with the customer service snd the work done. I am a bit disappointed that you no longer also wash the car before the customer picks it up.

Super friendly and knowledgeable! In general, I think that customer service has gone downhill in San Francisco but not at the Honda Center! Though my repairs were quite expensive, I feel quite confident driving my Honda Civic now. Thanks, everyone!
