The car was not washed or cleaned from the outside or inside. When we leave for service I expect atleast a basic cleaning of outside and inside.

No need to contact me. Tried to get issue diagnosed but since they couldn’t feel the problem they just suggested $500 transmission flush. Upselling at it’s best.

With a lack luster apology and no follow up besides an automated text is not the best example of good customer service. I also had to ask Ray to disinfect the drivers side after doing the passenger side and for a saniwipe for my key
