A bit of a wait but as always easy and pleasant
I am a trans woman and when I asked him to use she/her/hers pronouns he laughed in my face. The person that drove my car in the shop scratched my door handle and then blamed me the service manager did help me though and he was a delight but Ricky was prejudice and very discomforting .
There was no explanations regarding the charges. I was verbally told by Tommy that I will receive a credit on my bill. It appears that was not true. I had some coupons but didn’t use since the credit was included in the total. The car has only 3000 miles but it had to by towed in for service. This whole situation changed my mind about Honda as a car and especially the service fir customers.
Great customer service explained what needs to be done to keep my car maintained.
Greg was excellent. So was the tech who took care to ease the stick bolt to not damage the oil pan. Greg and I got a chuckle out of the runner who didn’t realize the car was a manual and didn’t know how to get it started ;)
The job was recall work on possible faulty air bag. They replaced it. All is fine, good work

Have been waiting for the A/C part for too long. Can you imagine!! Especially the weather in the summertime was? A car without no A/C ????
Anyway, I understand this time is not normal because Covid attacked all around us. Everything stopped and slow down people got laid off etc, that was what happened and I guess it not only I have to wait for services.
