I have been to the Honda Serramonte for service on a couple occasions. Each time it seems as though they are rushing you out the door when they are finalizing everything with you. And when trying to book an appointment there's no answer on the phone service line. However with Honda location at Folosom they booked my appointment with one phone call. The overall experience was better compared to Honda Serramonte, where they seem like they just don't have time for the influx of customers they have over there.

There was a delay in text communications, wasnt informed there was a delay with converter, Thought for two days my car was being worked on, was sent a note my car was completed in error but wasnt informed of error til a whole day after and agent couldnt answer why new muffler is like 900 -something when it should be 300-something. so no, not the best experience thus far..
