Eric provided excellent customer service. We had an issue and a concern that he willingly and proactively helped solve. Eric was patient and understanding. He made me feel much better working with the dealership and taking my car in to the dealership . Unfortunately many don’t trust dealerships , but when you have someone like Eric , who will will work with you and help resolve issues, it makes it all the better.

I am Christopher’s mom, Shirley Ng. I am shocked when my son called me this afternoon telling me that he was charged for $220 for the diagnostics you guys did today. From my experience, he needs a new battery. Since his battery was replaced by your company in 2018. This is a 2 year old battery that he got from your company. Your people should NOT charge my son for charging the battery.

I got service without an appointment. Friendly, courteous, and done in a timely manner. No complaints, but I was a little shocked at the price for routine maintenance. Meanwhile, I could not make an appointment on your website. The system did not work at all. And the phone number for the 9th Ave service place on the website was wrong.
