Ok.He was courteous even though he said my cardiac expired. I was sure I had one more oil change. He was also courteous even though I had to wait over an hour after having left for over 2 hours. This was for an oil change!

Aaron-SF service advisor was very helpful, courteous, nice,thorough and knowledgeable. He got my car in and done on time as promise.Honda is lucky to have Aaron as part of the team, I commend him for doing an exceptional job. All the staff, other service technician are pleasant and knowledgeable. Hope to your continuous success and hope you reward the deserving service technician/advisors for doing great job meeting customer expectations that makes the customer happy! I love my Honda Accord and please bring back the camera on side mirrors on all you vehicles because i love it’ helps for safety reason on all counts! Thank you! Happy Holidays to all?????

I had coolant service,but i received my car with splashed coolant in my engine bay and all over my front bumper and fender.The tech supposed to rinse out the coolant,due to glycol damages paint. And i don't know what happened to my car in the shop and my clutch pedal started make cranky noise. The tech touched something in engine bay or bad behavior while test drove it.I paid to get new trouble.
