I made an appointment to have new tires and an oil change on my daughter’s car. I scheduled the appointment on Monday. The soonest you had was Friday at 4:15. The reason for the appointment was my daughter is going on a 22 hour car ride and I wanted her to have new tires. When she arrived for the appointment, Dana chewed her **** as well as mine and my husband’s when my daughter called me upset. Dana went on to tell us that she needed to know who scheduled the appointment because of your hours and how long it takes to do scheduled items. I don’t know your hours. I don’t know how long it takes to put new tires on and do an oil change. What I do know is I will not be bringing my vehicle back nor my daughter‘s vehicle back because of the way Dana S
Deberían hacer saber cuando uno paga, que llamarán que traigan mi vehiculo. Se demoró un montón y de suerte vi al consultor que entregué mi vehículo que la llave se había quedado dentro y estaban buscando abrir la puerta que se cerró y como nadie me llamó pregunté que pasó y la llave lo tenían en el mostrador y no me llamaron . Si no preguntaba seguía esperando por la unidad. Por otro lado algo hicieron en el cristal del frente que lo limpiaron y quedó una película blancuzca .
