Simona was great- zero problems. However, Richard is another matter. He was rude and unprofessional when I went to pick up my vehicle. He essentially refused to assist me when Simona was on lunch. I would never want him as a service advisor and really recommend that Toyota rethink him being an employee at the dealership.

I was so disappointed that my brand new 2024Tacoma had a complete transmission failure with only 2,400 miles on it. But was happy that it was sent back with a factor new Toyota transmission. Dulsey did a great customer service job.

I had disappointing news this week and to have to bring my car which didn’t help. I thought the cover of the engine was unscrewed due to my oil change. How could it have come off and upset that it wasn’t noticed during oil change. I literally was rude to Leslie and it did not phase her. She went above and beyond her call of duty to make me feel better and to understand that I had hardship. I love her and will never forget what she did for me. I was crying so hard, I had to write her a note of apology.

El servicio de transporte se tardó 2 horas en buscarme desde el momento en que me llamaron que ya el carro estaba listo y no me llamaron para notificarme que había algún incoveniente con el transporte ni cuanto se iban a tardar ni nada tuve yo que llamar para saber en que momento me iban a buscar y hasta llegué tarde a mi trabajo.
