Excellent efficient service. Jonathan was super keeping updated with what was happening with my car.
I was told my ball joints are leaking, and there is no grease. It looks like WD40 or water sprayed on them . My car was just in there for a alignment for a insurance claim. Nothing was found wrong. Last time I had my car serviced I had a chip on my windshield I was going to have filled immediately after service and when I picked it up there was two cracks top to bottom after it was completed.i said something about it and it was disregarded. I use toyota so I can utilize there products, I do not appreciate the persistence in up sales with the dealership! I dont know if I will get a response from this maybe I should complete a review

As I was standing outside near the advisors window.. I had two gentlemen ask if I had been taken care of. I very much appreciated their concern I had been waiting for awhile. Since I spend around $2900 I requested a car wash. Someone failed to do that. So Jose took it around to get it washed for me. Your service was outstanding!! Thank you, Sharon
