My expectations of FB Nissan in Flemington were that the issues with my '04 Pathfinder would be quickly identified and cost-effectively repaired. Terry Brown is absolutely wonderful in her customer service role. Where I found failure is in your exorbitant pricing. Indeed, it is the pricing of repairs that puts Fred Beans completely out of the question for my multiple-Nissan owning family. I am having the repairs made by a private garage, using OM parts, for a less than half the cost of your facility.
