Thank you, he listened to and acknowledged my concerns. He was patient while I was a bit frustrated in trying to explain my issues with Car Play. He was very polite and tried to make sure everything went smoothly.
I hate to criticize Rich because he’s a nice guy. I would suggest that when someone’s vehicle is in for service and it takes days longer than expected, a call or text with an update every second or third day would be a great thing. Not having any information leaves people wondering if anything at all is happening. After almost two weeks with only a couple of calls I didn’t know if it even could be fixed. A couple of extra calls would have been great.

My vehicle was delivered to me brand new and now one tested the function of the trailer lighting. I hooked up my trailer on a holiday to find no lights. I spent 3 hours checking grounds on trailer, I purchased new trailer lights. A day later we traveled on vacation with NO boat and trailer.
After the recent visit to have wiring installed correctly I am advised there is NO Fix.
If I want to pull my boat with my New be Tiguan I cannot and now must rent a car. VW should be ashamed.! I have been 30 years loyal. Why would thus b acceptable to any car owner. Installed by dealer and not functioning with no date when it will. I should not have to pay for and car that can not do what it was purchased to do. Failure n every level.
Marc, as the rest of your dealership staff, is a pleasure to deal with and sets the bar as to how a service department should be run.
I am very thankful for how I am treated every time I bring my vehicles in for service.
It would have been nice to have had the car washed while at the dealership.

Terry was very helpful in scheduling my 2019 Nissan Murano for same day oil change. Jesse made the process easy, explained some things I didn't know and was nice enough to honor some coupons I received in the mail during the pandemic in March of this year.

Took five weeks to get my car back. Kept getting told it would be done this date only to get a call saying it wasn’t ready. Top shade that covers the sun roof is now falling down, was not like that when I took the car in for service.
Chris was very polite and professional. He set proper expectations and call me when the job is complete. Thank you.
