Went in a few weeks prior, with the same issue described and mentioned there was a TSB from chrysler on my vehicle. After a couple days I received my Jeep back and was told nothing was wrong with it as it drives like all the other jeeps. So I scheduled another appointment for the same issue, and printed out the Chrysler TSB for the vehicle and was told the techs would have to go through the TSB process before ordering the parts. Which should have happened the first time I brought the Jeep in and explained my issue. I feel all the information from chrysler corporate (not dealership) wasn't readly available to your dealership which caused me to waste your time a bit, and caused the delay for fixing my Jeep. So a total of one month, two appointments and 7 days with my vehicle occured to address the steering issue.
I am a very patient person and very happy with the final outcome as my Jeep drives better than it has before and I don't have to death grip the steering wheel on the highway! So thank you all for the service work.
I just don't like the disconnect between Chrysler, the dealership, and customer. But I understand the need to go through all the correct paths to get the proper outcome. So again thank you.
Mark was very helpful, answered all my questions, and made certain that a very lengthy list of accessories were available and installed/Added to my brand new Subaru Forrester Sport! Everyone in service had their masks on and were very respectful of distancing.. As a follow-up to a superior car buying experience heading over for my first oil change will have no Reluctance attached to it!

Left interior A-Pillar is not 100% it can still be seen that the piece doesn’t appear to fit properly compared to the right interior A-Pillar. I’m unsure why Ford would not do a recall and fix this in its 2020 models as I’m sure this is also where the window air bag would deploy in an accident ???? also seems to cause a bit of a wind sound while driving. Otherwise the service tech is great as this is beyond his control.
