Air bag recall visit. I was not alerted while my car was still in the bay about found issue. instead I was text for pick up. I drove off your lot with an airbag light still on. Now, I need to make another appt. Invoice said do not diagnose at this time

Joey was very helpful. But your express pay system did not work on my phone or laptop. I was unable to access my bill or pay. Also, your records needed to be corrected for my name and my email address. My bill was sent via email to someone else completely.
I understand things are not working perfectly in Covidland and hope that next time will work more smoothly.
Mike was a wonderful help! We had some mix ups on our end with registration and proof of insurance and Mike was very patient and helpful in letting us get that information to him so that inspection could be finished up on my mother's car.

The service staff at Fred beans is terrific! Particularly Jack. He couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Service manager Clyde was also great. However Volkswagen of America was impossible to deal with and resulted in many days delay and no satisfaction from my standpoint and I drove my car out of the service lot with out any service. Fred beans staff has always been terrific. But I fear Volkswagen of America has lost a customer for life!

Scheduled two weeks ago for inspection and to have a recall fixed. The recalled part was not there and had to be ordered. This is what it was scheduled for and both things to be done at one time. It is not easy to go without a vehicle and the reason I was given for the part not being there was not acceptable. And may I add with no apology for the inconvenience and lack of organization on your company’s part.
