Scheduling service online was a disaster. The available times that were offered were not honored. When I scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon, I brought my car in to hear from the service manager that they did not have the time to complete my service. It was frustrating and a nuisance. I lined up a ride after dropping my car off to then get to work. Only to learn that the time I scheduled was not available due to The workload that they already had for the day. There was a disconnect between the app on the website and the managers.
