When scheduling my appointment I noted in the text box “Air bag light”. The item was never addressed. I received a message regarding my battery and negative cable, but the technician did not note the “air bag light”

I had worked with Minh today, getting my Outback repaired with a few minor mistakes I had made with my car from a window tinting project. He had done an excellent job in ensuring my vehicles issues were addressed properly and kept in touch with me throughout the duration of the appointment with updates and methods to addressing the issues I was facing. Minh had also went out of the way to answer the many questions I had regarding my vehicle and had addressed my concerns with the best possible answers/options I could have taken to help ensure the repairs being made to my Outback were completed the best way possible. Overall I am highly satisfied with the work completed to my car and the time he had spent to make my experience servicing with the Subaru dealership and very positive one!

The price for an oil change and tire rotation is higher than other local service Providers. Why? An oil change is $50.00 and tire rotation is &15.00. Please respond. Thanks

I scheduled a same-day oil change online with no issues, and drove all the way to Doylestown from Philadelphia to come to the same place I bought my car. When I arrived, the nice man at the counter told me there wasn’t a record of my appointment and the “system shouldn’t have let me make a same day appointment”. They fit me in, but if they would’ve have been able to, I’d have driven an hour for nothing. The workers were great, but your scheduling tool doesn’t work properly.

Brought my car in for oil change and to fix a recall. This is the 2nd recall fixed at Nissan where I have to bring my car back for shaking. This last time was the worst it would shake & my engine would shut off leaving me without a working vehicle. Brought it back still have the same problem still not fixed . Did they bother to try the car out a few times to see if the problem was fixed??? Worst mechanics at this Nissan. Wish I never had them try to fix the recall!!! Absolutely upset that my car isn’t fixed not to mention the Huge inconvenience this is causing.

I received a text that my vehicle was ready to be picked up after a service appointment. When I arrived and paid for the service I found that my vehicle was parked in the lot still disassembled and not ready to be driven.

In the years I have been taking my vehicles for service at Fred Beans this is the first time I have been overall dissatisfied. Though, it had nothing to do with Cory. In fact, he’s the main reason that I will be back. He did everything he could to make a botched service right. Luckily we were able to reverse the rotation and correct my issues but the driving issues it created could’ve caused damage to me or worse, someone else. It is my hope that I can continue working with Cory and stay with Fred Beans service department. However, when i look to have them complete my next optional service for me (adjusting gear ratios) I’d like to get a discount on labor costs.

Had an appointment and still waiting 2 hours for an inspection. The link I was sent to track the process never updated, and the bill was wrong as we were over charged and the bill had to be redone 3 times. Lastly I should have an exempt emissions stick on my vehicle and I do not so I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the first service of my new vehicle at your dealership.
