We are so pleased with the service at Fred Beans VW because we had an emergency (tire issue) and they took us right in the next day. We were also able to get an inspection and emissions test as well.

Brian was informative but to have scheduled a recall a month in advance to find out the day of service they dont have the part and it wont be in for 2 days. Then my option is pick the vehicle up for another service date or lea e it here. I had to reshuffle my schedule for vehicles. Then to pick it up after the part was replaced only to find a new sensor light on (low tire pressure) shows me that they didnt really pay attention. Just give the vehicle back. Note: all 4 tires needed air. Didnt drop it off in that condition. 30 second fix could have taken care of the issue

When recommending additional service that was not accepted, it should be listed on the bill so the owner is aware And can possibly plan to get performed additional service at the next visit.
