Staff was helpful and friendly. They have been supportive through the whole process. The problem I have is that the issue I have with vehicle is still not fixed. My car is barely a year old, I have been dealing with this issue since December last year, almost 6 months already. I have brought my vehicle in to be repaired for the same problem nine times. It is still not fixed. I would like to talk to someone about other options at this point. The issue I have is a constant loud beeping noise while driving. It makes driving unsafe and very difficult to use my brand new car. I hope to hear from someone about options to deal with the problem. Thank you. Amanda C

Good service except you tried to sell me air and cabin filter because they were yellow. I was a mechanic for Chevrolet. The cost of labor and parts was quoted at $330. I said no. Two good filters is about &40 dollars at most. I checked my filters when I got home. The intake filter was almost all white there was a little gray here and there. The cabin filter was also pretty clean. I could see day light thru both of them. I fought your mechanic even looked at them. Not to mention wanting to me to pay 270 dollars or so for labor that would take at most 1 minute to change air filter and maybe five minutes to change cabin filter. This just plain wrong and I would say almost if Criminal. Sal Califano ****-****-xxxx.

I must say that dealing with the personnel in the service department is a pleasure. They’re so wonderful and they really help you and explain things even though I don’t understand it but I am so grateful that you have these wonderful ladies there and they need to get a great surprise of a present or something I mean they’re wonderful thank you and I’m sure that the mechanics which I don’t see equally as good because the service is always well done. Thank you for being there.
