Your service advisor (Lem) and tech’ (‘name?) were right on the ball in correctly diagnosing and repairing my issue, and then went over it in detail with me in discussing charges in detail and even made insightful recommendations on what actions I could take to avoid any future issues. Had 10 am apptm and car wasn't we irked on until 1:30. Getting into service area was terrible.....no parking, very little room to manuever vehicle.

the Women who work in the service office are just superb. they’re helpful and they were able to expedite my order so that I got in and out within two hours. The price was reasonable . i are don’t say or think that when I get anything done in my car.

Communication from service desk folks was great to setup appt, etc. (from Shayna, Stephanie), but I was disappointed that the radio knob issue was not fixed, even though I have the extended 100K mile warranty. It was repaired and fixed about a year ago, but it broke again. Thank you

I bought my car in February. Because of where we live, we have General Delivery to the post office, so we had title and registration delivered to the dealership. At four weeks, I was called to come in for the safety inspection because it wasn’t done. Paperwork had not arrived yet, so they said I had to get my sticker after it does. At nine weeks I text Spencer asking where the paperwork was. Apparently it had been here but no one notified me. When I came in to get the paperwork and sticker I was told that they had to take it in the back, my assumption was to put on the sticker. I was told to have a seat. 30 minutes later I looked around the corner and my car was just sitting there. No one had touched it. When I asked how long it takes to put on a sticker I was told they had to do another inspection. 20 minutes later (an hour and a half total) I was able to leave. Not only have I wasted my time several visits including the purchase day, but this last time someone’s lack of follow through made me late for work at the hospital. Would never recommend anyone to your business.
My original appointment was yesterday on the 14th at 10:10am. I dropped my car off at 7:10am, put my key in the dropoff envelope and into the drop box. I was called at 4:53pm to be told that my key had been missing and they had just found it. There was never any communication during day. I work across the street at PQ and could have easily cleared this up. Instead my wife had to pick me up, change her dinner plans and then wait for the car to be serviced Friday. She had to be dropped off at a friend's house to be driven to the dealership later on. She had to wait from 7-11am for the car to be ready. She had to call several times to confirm that the car would be ready at 11. She had wait 45 minutes to get the car. The service labor for one aspect of my repair was not charged to us. Overall, we are extremely disappointed in the service and lack of communication over the last 2 days. We will not be returning to have you service this vehicle and will not be recommending

I’m glad you asked me about my experience with Lem’s service today. He met me cordially and professionally. He was very clear about what I wanted done…listened and perfectly adjusted to what I questioned. I was once a Service Writer-I can recognize when the garage/the mechanics and the front desk/customer service are working in good coordination. That is the case now, at last, for Big Island Motors. He is by far the best Service Manager I’ve encountered—you’re lucky to have him.
