It has been almost 6 months since we originally called about our car. COuldnt make an appt for another month. Then it took almost 2-3 months to get the initial diagnosis on the car and for them to replace the motor. With little communication the entire time, we had no idea what was going on. They took way to long to fix. then gave us back the car with a dead battery. had them replace it, then got it back and it stil went into limp mode which we had mentioned this as an issue when we first brought it in. The service dept kept wanting to charge us to diagnose it and I refused. I was like no, how come you didnt figure out this issue in the beginning. then they said they fixed it. so we went to pick it up and it went into limp mode again! UGH! now apparently its a totally separate issue from what they replaced with the engine and quoted us at over 1000$$. well anyway it is 6 months later and the car is still not fixed. horrible experience. I will never recommend you guys and will steer people away from going there.

Finally we can depend on our Santa Cruz to start. Being stranded wasn’t with a weak battery wasn’t much fun. Thank You for replacing it with an up grade. It is very much appreciated. The Ragland family

I had a very positive experience from the time I brought my car in for servicing and picking my car up. Lam (sp?) assisted me with checking my car in and he was very friendly and thorough. The gentleman with the glasses that was sitting next to Lam was also very friendly, he acknowledged me…great customer service. We were offered a shuttle to and from the service department which we used…very convenient and stress-free and the pick-up and drop off was really fast…minimal wait time. The service department had awesome communication via email and phone when my car was done. Upon arriving back at the service department to pick up my car, Lam immediately helped me and explained thoroughly and in detail what was done to my car. The women in the service department was also friendly and thorough. One of them explained the paperwork I was receiving and the other was willing to help me with ordering seat covers. Because I was in a time crunch, I had to leave before I could place my order so I definitely will be going back. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Also, big Mahalo to Kovee my salesperson, he recognized me right away.

Engine needed to be replaced and was under warranty. A replacement engine was ordered and took a month to come in. Service was completed and I drove home to find that my engine was smoking (white smoke). Brought back my car and the engine apparently had shipping damage and a valve was broken. This was not communicated to me until allegedly the problem was fixed. A day afterwards engine light comes on. A engine that has defects due to “shipping damage” was put into my car without telling me or my approval and I only get a year warranty plus 12,000 miles. I am definitely going to escalate this, this is shady.

Service advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. , as always. He also provided helpful service. Ck out counter girl was friendly as well. Other than a little time delay for the whole process (car in/car out) entire service experience was excellent! Plus, got to chat with the great sales person who sold me the car 2 yrs ago while I was at the dealership too.

While I did show up early for my appointment only one of two updates were taking care of on my car the most important one the safety recall with the ABS safe fuse has not been replaced I was told that I need to come back for another appointment that the part is not in stock now my question is if the appointment was made a week ahead of time wouldn't someone be able to check if what parts needed so that it's ready for the client when they show up for their appointment not having to come back a second time because they didn't order the part? I was told that I was going to be giving a call sometime soon regarding the safety recall I'm I'm still waiting
