Serious issue with my car----driver seat belt buckle needed to be replaced. We were told the part would be there in a week. It took several weeks to come. No one called to follow up with us or return our calls. My husband had to go to the dealership to get any information regarding part status. When it finally came in, we were asked if we had an appointment to get the seat belt replaced??? We need to wait 2 more weeks to get the part changed! The day of the service it took hours to complete. They knew my husband was waiting there. They made no attempt to keep him informed or expedite the work. I drove my car for over a month without a functioning seat belt but your dealership didn't seem to care. The service was so bad, we wish we never bought my Hyundai!!! I love the car but not the service provided by the dealership service department
Amazing Service, Amazing people
My service plus changing of 4 new tires took longer than I expected. I also noticed that once in the car the indicator light came on for low pressure. I would have hoped that the tech would have checked the tire pressure sensor at the same time he changed the tires. But that was not the case, and now I have to come back to change them.
Also I couldn’t contact anyone in the service dept to confirm my appointment. I had to call the sales ofc and they emailed the service dept.
something seems to be disconnected here.
Anyway, our family owns severa business in Hawaii. I would like to continue to use local services. As we hope the same for our business. But it’s getting difficult. Please help train or retrain your staff.

It took me six weeks to get into you. Add an appointment at 11 in my car didn’t get in until 1245 that is not acceptable.
