I was so impressed with the thoroughness of the mechanic who worked on my car. Whoever it was was obviously VERY knowledgeable. AND FAST. I expected them to have my car for at least a week. I think they had it for 2 days. Very impressive.
And as always Robert is very good at letting me know what’s going on, and covering all the repairs that were made when i picked up the car.

My wife and I arrived on Thursday 4-22 shortly before 6 pm to pick Up our VW Touareg and paid in full for the service that was done according to the mechanic’s worksheet .
When my vehicle was released to me I proceeded to open the hood and i asked my wife to press on the accelerator and clearly there it was ! Same problem ,The same noise on the intake ..it was evident that no one fixed the problem after a full week of our vehicle being there at your dealership.
There was a gentleman that came out to see our vehicle who happens to work receiving the loaner vehicles on site . He also stood next to my wife and I and did confirmed the noise on the vehicle .
He immediately handed me the keys to the same loaner we had and told me to leave my Touareg in the check in lane and that Robert from service was going to be calling me in the morning.
I asked to speak to a supervisor or a service manager and as per the lady up front said everyone had gone home for the day .
We are very disappointed with your service .
I will like for a supervisor to call me personally and I want a honest explanation on why my vehicle repairs were not completed after a whole week of being there .
I was amazed with the exceptional service!
