I arrived for my 8:15 appointment at 8:05. I told them I had to wait for my vehicle and they told me it would take approximately 2 hours. I paid for my vehicle at around 11:30, over an hour than was estimated, then waited for around 15
Minutes for my vehicle to be brought to me. I have been a customer there for several years and have my vehicle serviced there regularly. I was disappointed that my whole morning was wasted for a simple annual service that should not have taken more than the two hours I was quoted.

I had an appointment at 11 and arrived about 10 minutes early. After being told it would only take about an hour I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change.

It was obvious to me that you guys are messing with my vehicle and trying to rip me off. I’m not sure if it was because I look younger than I am or if it’s because I leased the car from another dealership but I do not appreciate it especially considering my family has been doing business at Esserman VW and Acura for 10+ years. I look forward to hearing from my esserman representative, although I expect that I will not be contacted.
