Everything from scheduling to pick up was excellent
Several issues with the service . For a week I would call every day several times to schedule the appointment but no one in service ever picked up . Left messages and sent email too . Finally had to go in person to set it up . Then I was told it would only take 2 hours and I could wait for it , but when I dropped off the car (20 minutes early) I was told NO, come back end of day “ the technician isn’t here yet and there are several cars ahead of you “. Then there was no loaner , so I was given an UBER ! Awful experience over all , and MUCH WORSE than other LR dealers like Newport Beach where I bought the car . You guys can’t spell Service !
Side camera problem was not fixed. There is a lost area of the image on the passenger side (top view of vehicle), which I did show my assigned service rep when I dropped off the car. I was trusting enough not to have double checked when I picked up my vehicle, when I was told that there was no problem with my cameras after the software was reset. I am upset because it is very difficult for me to schedule another trip to the service center.
