I appreciated the on going text contact on the status of my car as it was in for service.
The car was delivered on Tuesday AM for its annual service. The car was picked up on Thursday afternoon. Yes, there was a "check engine" light to be explored, which supposedly slowed things a bit. Beyond the inconvenience, I'm satisfied.
Jimmy helped have our Discovery ready as promised. Very satisfied!

Took a month of repeated inquiries to get a simple status update. Not the level of service I would expect from LR.
I wasn’t informed when I made my appointment that I had a recall.
Upon arrival Sam informed me my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow.
I live in Hollister so I wasn’t prepared for this.

I asked what was wrong with my car and never heard back, only that my car was ready for pickup. I now have it back and I’m getting a warning light that my battery is low. My car was supposed to have all systems assessed. No offer was given to me to have an Uber pick me up to retrieve my car.
Adrian is the best sometimes it difficult reaching him but when I do he does his job!!
I am very disappointed that no loaners /rentals are available even when boot my appointment 2-3 weeks I. Advance. Overall Jauaguar "elite care" is not quite Elite.
