James Hale did a great job with attending to my vehicle. He provided me with updates while my vehicle was being serviced.
I brought my car in early morning of Tuesday 12/22. I was told it should be done by Thursday. I checked in on Thursday and Eric told me my warranty company was closed that day. I’m not sure why Eric did not contact them on Tuesday or Wednesday and waited until Thursday (Xmas Eve) when they were not open. Eric said he’d call them on Monday. I followed up again on Tuesday when I hadn’t heard back and Eric’s response was not to worry, he’ll let me know when my car is ready. At this point, my car had been in the shop a week for a simple water pump leak and battery change! It’s unacceptable to tell me not to worry and I’ll be contacted when it’s done. The acceptable response would be to give me an estimated date of when my car will be ready. It wasn’t until I pushed back over text and called the office that Eric then was on top of getting my car fixed and said my car would be done the following day. On top of all this, Eric kept calling me by my husband’s name even though I met Eric and introduced myself, wrote all my info at check in and corrected him on my name and he still kept calling me Sidney.
I would expect much better service from Land Rover/Jaguar. When I was with BMW, I was treated with respect and there was always a sense of urgency and quality customer service, but this was the worst service I’ve received from any car shop, large or small. Calling me by a different name, waiting days before contacting my warranty and thinking it’s fine to just casually keep me waiting over a week and the lack of communication made this a terrible experience for me.

Not enough feed back from the service advisor. My car was in for 9 days and I had to keep calling to find out when it would be ready It ended fine , but after buying 4 range rovers from this dealership. I would hope to have better service
