I got the appointment easily through my Ford Pass app. Arrived and was created with a smile and sat in waiting area which was well spaced. All we’re wearing masks and the service was done quickly. No issues.

I think it is far to lengthily to explains completely in just a few words. I can give you one problem that I have had and which is ongoing. I bought my truck from you new, less than a year ago. I have been back the week after I took delivery to correct a poorly installed dealer option, than roe two normal services, and then today for a warranty service repair. In the 4 time I have been there, my truck has never received a wash. I was a service director for a large dealership in the Milwaukee area. I do know how far a free wash can go and how much value your customers think of it. I also know weather or equipment can cause the wash to be impossible to do. That was not the case today or my previous visit last week. I heard two other people in the waiting room asked if they had a few extra minutes so the could wash there car. The last two visits both were above 50 degrees and fully sunny. That same is true for my return for the poorly installed drakes option. However that time the truck was brand new only a week since delivery. So maybe that time a wash was not warranted . Note : I also have a KIA Soul that I also drive 53 miles from Wisconsin Rapids to be serviced by your KIA Dealership directly across the road. They Wash my car Every Time and deliver it back to me inside the warm dry in the service drop off area. After last weeks service I said something to the person who took me to my truck who didn’t know where it was any more than I did, and I also registered my unhappiness in the dealer served than. I was never contacted . Today when I said I was very disappointed the truck was not washed she said they just didn’t have time ? Really ? I never told Anyone I was in a hurry. Plus it was never offered. So I guess that is about it. If I do get a warranty survey from Ford I do plan on filling it out truthfully. So now You know, I expect this goes directly to the service director and I also expect the buck stops with you, as it did with me . George Hlad did a fantastic job helping me get through my concerns bringing my car in for service during this pandemic. He was helpful, caring, efficient, thorough. The great job your service department did with safety protocols was so much appreciated...in addition to the great work they did for my vehicle. I am one of those who hates car shopping. I don't know much about cars so I never know what to ask about vehicles. Going to a dealership always feels a bit like jumping into a shark tank. I can't even begin to say how relieved I was to find that Kocourek Hyundai creates a sales culture that thrives on satisfying a customer's needs. Phillip was a pleasure to work with, when I told him what vehicle I liked he was ready with questions for me; how many kids do we have, do we travel, what are our space needs, how.to do utilize our current trunk space, ect. I was nervous about being pushed into buying a vehicle, instead I had a sales representative who was patient and prepared to help me find a vehicle that met my needs instead of a sales quota. That is the sales style that creates loyal customers. Alex assisted us with the financing and was quick to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable on all the additional coverage options available to us. I called the next day with a question, it happened to be his day off so I wasn't expecting a call till the following business day. Alex actually called me back about 15 minutes after I left a message for him. I've been singing praises to everyone who will listen about our experiance.

Made appointment. For warranty work on gas cover and and oil change. I was told it would take around and hour. After two hrs. I told them I had other appointments left shortly after without an oil change. I went and had oil changed and it was done in 20 minutes and it was cheaper and had my tires rotated they have my business.

It was my own fault for not being satisfied today. I shouldn't have given in to the 4 wheel alignment for $119.95. You can make the numbers read whatever you want for the castor and camber. Plus $477.47 for todays bill i really felt ripped off like never before. Maybe im too old schooled. Rant over.

Everything worked out in the end on the service side of this experience. When I received my truck there was grease hand prints across the front right side and on the steering wheel. Which makes me want to start from the beginning of how I have had a bad overall experience with the sales team. Again Shawn did fine, but as a dealership overall I will not be back for future purchases.
