Very friendly and personable. Prompt service- it helps having the part in stock :) My car was fixed within 24 hours of calling to schedule- doesn't get much better than that especially when it was a safety issue. I also enjoyed seeing the mechanic, thats just always nice.

My van was there for 3 days to try to diagnose my transmission issues. Shawn told me his guy would probably look at it on the second day.I called toward the end of the second day and found out I needed a new one. I found and ordered a new one that second night. You guys were having some issues with finding one but I didn't get a quote until the morning of the third day. Not that big of an issue but just a little communication would have went a long ways and would have probably had u guys do the work. Shawn apologized numerous times but that is our main vehicle. I normally have no issues with your service department and shawn has always treated me very well. Needless to say I will still be going to u guys for service and a new vehicle but this was a minor miscommunication error and loss of a business deal.
