Radiator coolant was not topped up to the correct level, so I need to take the car again for the correction.

Michael was very professional as usual. I did notice a screw almost falling off the cars wheel trim but tightened it by hand as best I could until I arrived home and grabbed my trusty Phillips head and tightened all the wheel well screws.
