Very disappointing experience. My appointment was made at 930am initially was told it would be 2 hr wait time was ok with waiting no problem I’ll stay and wait. 2 hrs passed by approached the rep that was helping me out said maybe another 30 min or so I’m like ok I can wait a lil more. I waited a total of 6 hrs + I have no problem with how long it takes to service my vehicle correctly but the audacity & un-professionalism of not being communicated that from the beginning & it would take longer then 6hrs to get my vehicle back is truly disappointing. Set expected wait times correctly! If I would’ve known that from the start I would’ve never stayed as long as I did and would’ve left the dealership when I dropped off the vehicle.

This was my second time working with Arbenz. Just like the first time, Arbenz was professional and showed true empathy regarding my frustration with the fourth a/c repair on this car. Arbenz has a knack for putting me at ease when it comes to auto repairs which is a true asset for a service advisor. I couldn’t be happier with the service Arbenz provided.
