Eric was very kind while asking me the generic questions after bringing in my vehicle with an appointment. He was happy to know I came earlier as it takes a lot of time while at the counter trying to get information and check-in. He was very polite and answered my “first time hybrid owner” questions as it’s time for servicing they is new to me with this type car. He quickly made sure I had everything filled out and answered my questions even telling what they’d look for and why I had recalls. Then he made sure I had a ride as it would take a few hours. Before I left he sent a text so I could reach him if anything else came up on my car inspection. When I arrived back after the call came it was finished, he made sure I got my car keys back and just for added measure he walked me to my car. I’d say that was the kindest service I’ve ever had at any dealership since owning two other cars at different dealerships. Thx KIA!!!

It took a really long time to get done, 4 hours longer than I was told. I wasn't updated at all. When I called nobody would talk to me. I was kept on hold or transferred torandom departments. They finally said it's done but not until I called

My service advisor did not inform me that the appointment for the recall repair was only to determine whether or not the part needed replacement. Based on my understanding of the written notification I received from Kia, as well as the service paperwork, I was under the impression that the recall repair would be completed at the time of my appointment, which I made more than a week in advance. At no time did the advisor inform me that it was just an "investigation" to determine the need for replacement. I wasn't advised until time to pick up my car that the part would be "on order". Again, the advisor did not inform me as to when the part would come in or any ETA to complete the repair. This was a real waste of my time. If the dealership is participating in an active recall, and they do not have the parts on hand, customers should be advised and have the option of bringing the vehicle in when the parts are available.
I also wanted to have another service on the vehicle but was told I would have to leave the vehicle for 3-5 days just for a DIAGNOSIS! The advisor said it was because there was no technician available t run the diagnostic. Frankly, I was told that same excuse over two years ago, which is why I no longer bring my vehicle to the dealership for routine maintenance or repairs.
So, because of the very poor vehicle service experience I've received the past several years, I will never buy another Kia and will advise anyone who asks not to buy one either.
Thank you for the opportunity to share my customer experience. I sincerely hope this results in process improvements and better service for your future customers. But I won't be one of them.

He was very helpful and helped price tires. We weren’t getting them right now but he told us no need for rotation since we need tires. We would have paid for that and not known there was no need.

Why schedule appointments even the vehicle isn't even going to be looked at for 2 days. Explain to me how being without a vehicle for multiple days and them paying you for that pleasure makes sense. Also the actual work would have only taken 3 hours based off the labor guide. If I make an appointment it's to get work done not be without a vehicle for multiple days.
