I believe i was charged twice. I tried to pay online and got an error code. I payed at the dealership and my card is showing that I was charged twice. Could somebody give me a call at their earliest convenience. Thankyou.

3-5 days waiting to get diagnostics done is unacceptable. My car just sits on the lot while I have to figure out how to get to work. This is before work even starts. There is no reason for this since Kia can schedule appointments to correlate with available technicians to do diagnostics. Such terrible service and asinine business model has driven us away from any Kia Service provider and we may reconsider ever buying another Kia vehicle.

Came in for service and car was returned to me with the check engine light on. Matt did an excellent job trying to resolve the problem, but the light is on again. Problem was caused by service tech spilling oil on sensors. Apparently the problem is not solved. I’ll be calling to schedule another appointment. This is very inconvenient given how far away I live from the dealership.

Engine light returned less than 24 hours!!

I dropped off my car for oil change / service plus 3 diagnostic issues. The car was there for 3 weeks during which my key was “lost” and many issues and delays came up. When I finally got my car back, the oil change hadn’t even been done, and the explanation was that it hadn’t been written up initially. While Michelle was very nice, I don’t feel that the service or communication was great and am overall disappointed.

Great attitudes. Very helpful. Provided transportation to and from my home since the parts needed for my recall had to be ordered so the repairs took a little longer than anticipated. Got the dust off my car and vacuumed it.

Eric is fine, but you set him up for failure. This is the second time I had an appointment and my car didn’t get looked at for over 24 hours. That’s an absolute joke… not to mention I was told it could take 5-7 days for car to get seen!!! How am I supposed to survive with no car for a week… and you won’t issue a loaner until they inspect the car…. I’ll he calling in the morning ion Monday to speak to the GM..
