Why schedule appointments even the vehicle isn't even going to be looked at for 2 days. Explain to me how being without a vehicle for multiple days and them paying you for that pleasure makes sense. Also the actual work would have only taken 3 hours based off the labor guide. If I make an appointment it's to get work done not be without a vehicle for multiple days.

The car had marks all over it from the people who serviced it, I just had it cleaned. The staff at the counter were rude and not helpful. George who served me was polite but asked why I was there, the vehicle was new and due for a 6 month service. If he doesn’t know this yet, he probably should be briefed on the process of purchasing a new vehicle and how it works. I work a lot and don’t have the time for rude, incompetent people, especially when they look at me as if I’m the **** who wanted the stains off my new car, that was just cleaned the Friday before the service.

Took to long to diagnose, didnt get the diagnosis correct. So even though the price for service was going to be less expensive ultimately than expected, it didnt include fixing the issue that was as much or more of a safety concern than what needed repair.
