George made the appointment easy and he gave me honest feedback and recommendations on my vehicle. Being a college student, buying a new car isn’t always easy considering my finances are ****, he was understanding of my situation without me having to say too much and that alone made me feel good! He referred me to a collision center so that I can get a free estimate for repairs and gave me advice no one else was willing to. He wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale for the sake of commission and I truly appreciate you George! Thank you! I mean it!

On the receipt when you pick up the car, you put down the problem was fixed. You do not put down what was wrong, in gge future please put down that it was repaired and what the problem was.

No when my daughter got there they said she wasn’t on the schedule and we made our appointment online and received confirmation! They said they have been having issues with online! They need to not have that working then if they are not using it. I can’t imagine people who schedule and take off work then are told this! Very disappointed in Kia not very professional! Thank god though they did the oil change but made her wait longer!
