Thank you but I don’t want or need to be contacted. I wish I had good things to say about my experience but it was just messy & disorganized from the onset. While Darcy & Josh were friendly and professional over the phone, overall communication needs to improve. I had my vehicle picked up to have the clear bra repaired after discovering damage that wasn’t noticed on the purchase date. Getting that taken care of was also a challenge. It took almost 2 weeks for the sales person to communicate with the sales manager and get the repair approved, and then return my calls & texts. Unfortunately the repair date had to be rescheduled at the last minute because the porter called in sick (apparently he’s the only one allowed to pick up vehicles?) It was extremely inconvenient as I had rearranged my own schedule for that day. Then the appt was rescheduled a second time because the clear bra tech (apparently the only one) was overbooked. My vehicle was finally picked up 10/29 and it took 3 days for repair after I was told it would take 1 day. This left me in a bind with no transportation. I never got a call when the vehicle arrived to Arrowhead nor did I receive any repair updates. I had to call multiple times to check on the status of repairs and to get an estimated return date. Given that I live so far away from Arrowhead I don’t think I will be using the service department in the future. But seems like things really need to improve there, not only in service but the dealership in general…especially with communication. Also seems like maybe they’re short-staffed? If that’s the case please get them some help!

Worst experience I’ve ever had a a dealership. Simple fix took nearly two weeks and would have been longer had I not initiated communication.
My car is brand new by the way. Drove it off your lot with problems.
So many issues to report on it’s exhausting. Sales, Finance, Service all dropped the ball. Surprised you are still in business.
