I dropped off my vehicle as they open and I was told only half the day would be needed to complete the service. I received a text over 4 hours later they did not have my wheel key and could not perform the service. If this was looked at earlier I could of got the key over to them in time.

Front passenger door opened when car dropped off and doesn’t open when we picked up the car. Front windshield cracked when picked up windshield not cracked when dropped off. Noah was nice but never told us door did not open, only that repair to passenger back door didn’t solve all the problems. My husband and I had to find it out on our own in the parking lot. Additionally not told of cracked windshield we found that on our own as well in the parking lot.

I can truly say that I received the best service for my car issues and Michael Warner was very professional, knowledgeable, and he was very helpful when I was falling apart. My visit was very enjoyable for a service trip to the dealership. Mike was a pleasure to work with. I also had a whistle that the technician was not able to duplicate. We did a test drive to see if it would happen (which it didn’t) and the technician was a very professional and patient.
