I dropped off my vehicle as they open and I was told only half the day would be needed to complete the service. I received a text over 4 hours later they did not have my wheel key and could not perform the service. If this was looked at earlier I could of got the key over to them in time.

Front passenger door opened when car dropped off and doesn’t open when we picked up the car. Front windshield cracked when picked up windshield not cracked when dropped off. Noah was nice but never told us door did not open, only that repair to passenger back door didn’t solve all the problems. My husband and I had to find it out on our own in the parking lot. Additionally not told of cracked windshield we found that on our own as well in the parking lot.

I can truly say that I received the best service for my car issues and Michael Warner was very professional, knowledgeable, and he was very helpful when I was falling apart. Thank you Michael for all of your help. This dealerdhipneill always have my business. I will also put the word out that this is the best dealership to purchase and have your car service. Dealership needs to add more rental cars for customers.

I am so thankful you have the “White Glove” service… Cody in the service dept is the best! I have been dealing with the aftermath of cancer & treatments, and Cody made my annual car check up appt a very easy process for me. I just wanted to let you know you have an exceptional employee in him.

My visit was very enjoyable for a service trip to the dealership. Mike was a pleasure to work with. I also had a whistle that the technician was not able to duplicate. We did a test drive to see if it would happen (which it didn’t) and the technician was a very professional and patient.
